Corey Austin Stephens born May 14,1990 in Kansas City Missouri, and died
unexpectedly at home May 5th, 2022. He was the youngest of three children and
a joy to be around. He had a huge smile and eyes that would light up any room
that he was in. He loved his family, especially the little ones when they would yell
"uncle Corey" and he would spoil them by giving them huge bear hugs. He loved
to travel and spend time seeing and learning different things throughout the
country.

He was raised in Haysville Kansas and attended school in USD 261 his entire
time until he graduated from Campus High school in 2008. He then attended
Cowley County college and received an Associate Degree in 2013. He worked
for several warehouse companies before landing a position at Spirit Aerosystems
where he was employed at the time of his untimely death.
He is survived by his father and stepmother Earl and Angel Stephens (Wichita),
brothers.Christopher Stephens (Bel Aire), Graylin Lang (Wichita), & Jerrell
Dawson(Seattle), sisters Dorothy Stephens(Wichita) and Kenya Martin(Wichita).
5 nephews and 1 niece. He also leaves to cherish his memory, lots of aunts,
uncles, cousins and close friends.

He was greeted at heaven's gate by his mother Susan Stephens and his 4
grandparents
