Vickie Ann Fleming, age 68 of Wichita, Kansas, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Vickie was  born on April 7, 1957, to Lemuel and Adelia Maynard.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Fleming, several fur babies, and brother, Mike (Terri) Maynard of Sebring, Florida; sister, Roxie (Harvey) Herrman of Sebring, Florida; sister, Connie (Matthew) Jordan of Hutchinson, Kansas; brother J.R. of Wichita, Kansas, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Lemuel and Adelia Maynard, her brother, David Maynard, and her sister, Tonda Maynard.

Vickie was a member of Midway Baptist Church where she served as a choir member. She graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1976 and married Edward Fleming on October 17, 1996. Vickie loved people and she brought kindness, joy, and laughter into the life of anyone who knew her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Baker Funeral Home, 6100 E. Central, Suite 203, Wichita, Kansas, Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1:00 P.M., followed by interment at White Chapel Cemetery, 1806 N. Oliver, Wichita, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Baker Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses.
