Tracy Graham Blair, son of Tunice Keith Blair and Betty Lou Dozer Blair,  was born April 2, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas and passed away September 17, 2025 at his home in Wichita after a battle with cancer.

Tracy graduated from East High School before moving to Texas, residing in both Dallas and Houston as an electrician. He returned to Wichita and retired from Spirit Aerosystems.  For many years he was devoted to fostering and adopting rescue Grayhounds.  He also enjoyed music and restoring Land-rovers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Kerry and is survived by his sister Kathleen (Jan), brother Danny (Celia).
