Tina Kay Cook

Tina Cook was born on June 25th 1968, to parents Phillip and Brenda Cook of Augusta Kansas. She was the youngest child of Four siblings. Tina attended Robinson elementary in Augusta Kansas, attended Middle School in Augusta Kansas, and attended Augusta high School in Augusta Kansas. 

In the early 2000's she received her degree in dentistry retired doing for a well 16 years. Tina met Carroll in 1992, they had a blended family of 2 daughters and 3 sons.

Tina is preceded in death by her husband Carroll Miller; Parents: Brenda & Phillip Cook; 3 Sisters Theresa Harrelson , Terri Sweat.  She is survived by sister, Tammy Ball;  3 sons, Jerome Cook, Jason Cook & Jeremy Cook; 2 daughters Jessica Dixon & Jazmine DeTar. 

Tina will be missed by family and friends.
