Born to Lena Dreher-Heflin and Warren Heflin on August 21st, 1981, Timothy spent most of his life in Wichita, building a legacy of laughter, loyalty, and late arrivals.

He leaves behind his father, Warren Heflin of Wichita, KS; two sisters, Michele Garner of Springfield, MO, and Libby Massingill of Wichita, KS; two brothers-in-law, Ian Garner and Brandon Massingill; and three nephews and one niece.

Timothy was a die-hard Giants fan and a proud season ticket holder of the Wichita Sky Kings. He never missed a chance to cheer on his teams—or argue stats in his fantasy leagues. He had a quick wit, a huge heart, and a knack for taking things apart just to see how they worked (and usually making them worse). You'd often find him in the garage, under a truck, or knee-deep in some household project he insisted was going to "make things easier." Mornings were not his thing, but if you needed him—especially after noon—he'd be there with a joke, a helping hand, or both.
