Terry Swan Besser, 88, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 surrounded by family.  She was born on January 9, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Harvey and Mary Madeline Swan.

She was married four times in her lifetime.  She married Ray Gene Knapp on May 21, 1954.  He preceded her in death in 1957.  In 1958 she married Leonard Ray Dorman.  He preceded her in death on April 10, 1963.  She then married Francis Gene Catudal who preceded her in death on April 15, 2000.  She later married John David Besser who also preceded her in death on March 10, 2020.

She was also preceded in death by her sons - Robert Gene Dorman, John Wesley Dorman and Leonard Ray Dorman, Jr; a grandson - Tristen Nerheim; her parents William Harvey Swan and Mary Madeline Swan; a brother - James Harvey Swan; and sister - Deloris Swan

Survivors include a son - George Windsor; sisters - Kathleen Swan Carl, Marilyn Swan-Dyer, and Patricia Swan - all of Wichita, Kansas; brother - John Michael Swan of Park City, Kansas and one great grandson.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas.  Memorials may be given to Cardinal Hospice of Kansas.
