S. Jonelle Campbell, 80, passed away June 30, 2025, at Catholic Care Center under the care of  Good Shepherd Hospice.  She was born November 29, 1944, to John and Anne (Ruzicka) Thompson.

Jonelle graduated from Wichita High School North in 1962.  She attended Kansas University and  graduated from Wichita State University in 1966. After graduation, she taught elementary school in USD 259.  She also was a long-time employee of  IMA where she continued to use her skills as an adult educator and trainer.

Jonelle married Jack Campbell July 30, 1966, and they were married 57 years before he preceded her in death in 2023.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, John and Anne Thompson.

Survivors include her sister Jonene (Larry) Pruitt of Lombard, Illinois, as well as several nieces and nephews.
