Shane Joseph Reynolds, 71, of Rose Hill, Kansas, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born May 30, 1954, son of Eugene and Alberta Reynolds.

Shane graduated from Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School in 1972. He worked on the flight line at Boeing and later at Belger Cartage Service before retiring. While at Boeing, he also operated the Wichita Truck Wash.

On January 31, 1975, Shane married the love of his life, Gwendolyn Lance. Together, they were blessed with five children: Charity, Magin, Kyla, Shanna, and Justin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Alberta Reynolds, and by his daughter, Charity Reynolds.

Shane is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn, of Rose Hill; daughters Magin Deterding (Mike) of Rose Hill, Kyla Beavers (Michael) of Udall, and Shanna Steadham (Chris) of Baldwin City; son Justin Reynolds (Kaycee) of Rose Hill; and ten beloved grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Rose Hill Christian Church. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas.
