Sarah Elizabeth Winterscheidt, 42, of Augusta, KS, born April 21, 1982, in Oklahoma City, passed away on October 17, 2024, surrounded by family and friends in Wichita, KS.

Sarah had a fulfilling career in aircraft interior woodworking and detailing that spanned nearly 20 years. She was known for her vibrant personality and her ability to light up any room. Sarah's love for life was evident in her passion for watching spring storms roll in, relishing the moment when the first drop of rain hit the ground.

She is survived by her mother and step father Pat Fowler and Karen Fowler of Marion, KS; her father, Greg Krouskop; her brother, Logan Fowler; and her beloved son, Hayden Winterscheidt. Sarah was engaged to Tracy Cumba of Augusta, KS, with whom she shared nine wonderful years.

A true friend to many, Sarah had a knack for making new memories every day. She cherished her friendships, loved flowers, and enjoyed indulging in chocolate and wine. Known for her stubbornness, she never hesitated to voice her opinions, and her unwavering spirit was an inspiration to those around her.

Sarah's greatest pride was being a mother. She was a constant presence at her son's sporting events, cheering the loudest in the stands and supporting him with all her heart.

A celebration of Sarah's life will be held on November 9, 2024, at Bricks Bar and Grill in Augusta, KS, from 2 PM to 6 PM. Friends and family are invited to share memories and honor her vibrant spirit.

Her love knew no bounds, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
