RONALD LYNN YAGER, 69, passed away on Friday April 12, 2024.

Ronald (Ron) was born in Springfield Missouri on November 2, 1954, and grew up in Wichita Kansas graduating from North High School.

He enlisted in the military directly after graduation where he served as a Military Police Officer in the Army.

Ron was a gentle giant who loved and was loved by many through his years.

He is proceeded in death by his brother, Paul Yager.

Ron leaves behind his loving mother, Dolores Edwards, bonus daughter Allison (Maddy) Carson and bonus grandson Jaxson, sisters: Sharon (Tim) Lewellen, Lorinda (Jerry) Wullschleger and Melinda Rea Holloway,  brothers: John (Julie) Edwards,  Eldon (Janis) Edwards, Mark Edwards and Matt Edwards,  many nieces and nephews who knew him as Uncle Moe, and lifelong friends Jimmy Sharp and Tammy Vicin.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at Winfield, 1208 North College Street, Winfield, KS  67156. It will be officiated by Mark Young, lifelong friend of Rons.
