Rocky Dee Crownover 77, of Wichita, KS, passed away on Sunday December 17th, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born on July 15th, 1946 in Wichita, KS, the son of Deward and Velma Crownover. Rocky graduated from Wichita North High School and attended Wichita State University. His career was in sales and advertising he was Regional Sales Manager at Coleman, VP Account Exec at The Agency Inc., and Senior Vice President of Advertising for Pickerell, Baird, and Crownover Advertising Agency.

He was instrumental in the planning and special details on the Wichita North High School (Redskins) 1964 class reunion committee, and he enjoyed doing it, he was working on the 60th class reunion coming up in September of 2024. He loved spending time with friends and family, playing golf, softball, playing Pool, car shows, Mexican food, and his dog Buddy. He was still enjoying going to breakfast and lunches with his best friends from High School Gordon Brown, Ronnie Cruz, Gary Allen, (The Four Musketeers), Dale Cochran, Butch Allred. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Dee and Velma Crownover, and his sister Reaetta Howard. He is survived by his spouse Kellie, and his daughter Carrie Crownover/Gibb (Marc). A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
