Robert Kean Wattson, 111, age 78, died at home, March 23, 2026.  He was born April 13, 1947, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Robert had many occupations:  Coca Cola machine repairman, EMT, restaurant assistant manager, United Beechcraft fuel and line manager for 29 1/2 years, and in his retirement drove a school bus and bused homeless men to and from Open Door and Salvation Army Mission.

He was happily married as of April 3, 1971, to Dana Sue Wattson for 54 years.  Robert was preceded in death by parents, Robert K. Wattson, Jr. and Velda E. Wattson, and brothers Keith and Vincent Wattson.

Survivors include daughter, Amber (Patrick) Lamb, Wichita, KS, son, Alexander (Chelsie) Wattson, Lees Summit, MO, sisters Elsie Lamb, Bellingham, WA, and Meredith Lowry, Springfield, MO, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Celebration of Life will be Sunday, April 19, 2:00 pm, at Calvary United Methodist Church, 2525 N. Rock Rd., Wichita, KS.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the ramp ministry at Calvary United Methodist Church.
