Susan (Susie) K Kelly, 77, passed away on May 21, 2023 in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on November 2, 1945 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of William and Marian (Beck) Rosenboom.

Susie graduated from Cheney High School in Cheney Kansas and began her career as a flight attendant. Over the years she had several occupations all of which involved working with people.  Her dynamic personality, big smile and laugh contributed to her success both professionally and personally.

Susie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Marian Milner and her sister-in-law Joan Rosenboom. Survivors include her brothers Bill Rosenboom and Jerry (Madeline) Rosenboom. The love of her life, Robert (Bob) Kelly, who recently passed away.

Robert A Kelly, 79, passed away February 18, 2024, in the arms of his son Chris Kelly in Clearwater, Kansas.  He was born on November 27, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the son of John and Marjorie (Schneider) Kelly.

Bob graduated from Rockhurst University in 1968 and began a long and successful career in banking, highlighted as President of Kearney Commercial Bank where he finally retired in 2004.  Bob never knew a stranger and was active in his communities.  He was an avid sports fan watching the Chiefs, Royals, college basketball and football.  He attended many of the annual Tom Watson golf tournaments and spent numerous hours playing backgammon with his brother-in-law Billy. He adored his grandkids and enjoyed pool time and attending their childhood activities.

Bob was preceded in death by his son Steve Kelly, his brother Tom Kelly and his parents. Survivors include his son Chris (Alicia) of Kansas City, his half-brother Mike and Janet Carroll of Littleton, CO, and grandchildren Jamie, Rachel, and Bobby.

Bob and Susie were married for 43 years and while they lived in and traveled to a number of places, the Florida beach was very special for them and they chose Key West for interment.
