Robert F. Harkner passed away on April 17th, 2026 surrounded by family. He was born on January 23rd, 1955 to Leslay and Lucille Harkner.

Robert was a graduate of Albert Lea, Minnesota in 1973. He then joined the USA Navy and was on the Kitty Hawk ship 1974-1977. He married Shelleen Horkey, the love of his life, on July 11, 1981 and had 45 wonderful years together. He went to truck driving school in Red Wing, Minnesota. He moved his family to Wichita, Kansas in 1984 and remained there until moving to Park City, Kansas in 2026. He has one daughter, June. He drove a semi over the road for 30 years, they had many miles together.

Robert is survived by his wife Shelleen, daughter June, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
