Robert (Bob) Eugene Force Jr., 71, of Wichita, died Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital, in Wichita, surrounded by his family. He was born January 20, 1953 in Terre Haute, IN, to Robert and Daisy (Nevins) Force. He was the second of four children. Robert graduated from Larned High School in 1972 where he then went to work as a general contractor and continued to do this throughout his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting pheasants, joking around with friends and family, and going to rodeos.

Robert married Brenda Sue Schiltz on April 19, 1975 to this union there was 5 children born; Terry Force, Jenny Corber, Jason Force, Jessica Force, and Michelle Force. He then married Connie Sue (Gatlin) Force on July 14, 1984. Robert and Connie were married for 39 years. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, wife Connie Force, grandson Christopher A. Tanner Jr., and 3 nephews.

He is survived by his children, Terry (Amy) Force, Jenny Corber (Jesse Piedra), Jason Force, Jessica Force, and Michelle Force; siblings, Sidonia (Sid) Sebring, Marsha (Dennie) Smith, Bonnie (Richard) Strickland; 17 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen and burial will be held at a later date. Funeral services will be in Dighton, KS, at 10 a.m. on February 26,
