Rickey Eugene Levalley, known to all as Rick, passed away on December 3, 2025. He was 77 years old.

Born on December 22, 1947, in Springfield, Ohio, Rick later resided in Wichita, Kansas. A dedicated worker, Rick served the City of Wichita for 17 years until his retirement. Outside of his career, Rick was a devoted family man who found his greatest joy in being a great father to his boys. He was also a passionate racing enthusiast, spending several years racing at 81 Speedway.

Rick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Deborah Kay (Dent) Levalley, and his parents, Everett J. Levalley and Ruth Akins.

His legacy lives on through his surviving family, including his siblings Keith Levalley, Jim Levalley, Greg Levalley, and Cheryl Levalley. He is also survived by his three children, Billy Levalley, Scott Levalley, and Chad Levalley, along with four grandchildren.

Rick will be remembered for his hard work, his love for the track, and the deep devotion he had for his family. At this time, no services are planned.
