Richard "Rick" Eugene Hubbard Jr., 50, died August 21, 2024 in Mullinville, Ks. He was born December 3, 1973 in Austin, Tx to Pete Hubbard and Linda (Ron) Vrbas. He grew up as a military brat and traveled many states throughout his life. He attended Colby High School, later in life he earned his GED. His passions in life were hunting, fishing, shooting guns, swimming in creeks and bonfires. He married his best friend Peggy on April 20, 2021. Survivors include his wife Peggy, grandmother Arlene Maier, mother, father, one sister Julee (Troy) Slater, four sons - Lucas, Ty Allen, Harold, Cayden, three daughters - Kassidy, Jayden, Kiara and one grandson Ty Allen. In addition to numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He is proceeded in death by his son Keith. His pride and joy were his two dogs Molly and Gerdy.

Memorials can be made to his wife Peggy Hubbard. Funeral will be held at a later date.
