On December 14, 2024 Ray Lee Morain went to be with his heavenly family losing his battle with cancer.Ray Lee was born November 2 1969 to Judith and Ira Woodward in Wichita, Ks. He graduated from Starkey's School, and then worked for  them making brooms. Ray Lee was a Special Olympian, many years.

Ray Lee was preceded in death by his mother Judy Potts, his maternal grandparents Kenneth and Hazel Morain, Two Uncles - Junior Potts and Loren Morain. Two Aunts Linda Harper and Charlotte Casey.

Ray Lee  is survived by Four Uncles Bob(Debbie) Potts, Dale(Mary) Morain, Allen Morain all of WIchita, and Carl(Dolly) Potts of New Orleans, La. Four Aunts Christine(Weldon) Miller, Lela Bell of Burdett Ks. Michelle(Charlie) Loman of Wichita and Delberta (Barry) Rodriguez of Kinsley Ks.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Encounter Church - 928 W. 31st St. South - Wichita, KS.  Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery - Wichita, KS
