Randy C. Rouse passed away on May 18th, 2026. He was surrounded by his children and wife as he took his final breath. Randy (Randolph) was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, on July 23rd, 1951. He and his wife, Debbie Rouse (nee Phillips), married on June 6, 1970 and raised their family of four in Great Bend, Kansas. Later in life, Randy and Debbie relocated back to Wichita, Kansas, to be near their beloved brothers and sisters. Randy lived a very full and loved life and will be remembered for his dedication to his church, his deep love for his family and friends, and his fun and vibrant personality.

Randy is survived by his beautiful wife, Debbie Rouse; his daughters, Jenna (Matt) Prescott and Sarah (Adam) Wilcox; four grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan, Shirley, and Jordan, who he utterly adored; and his devoted sisters, Barbara Robertson, Rosie Hacker, Margaret Black, and Merry Guild; and his treasured dog, Missy.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Rouse; his father, Roger Rouse; and his cherished brother, Allen Rouse.

Randy's family welcomes friends and family to attend services at Woodland Lakes Community Church in Wichita, Kansas, on Thursday, May 21st at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Woodland Lakes Community Church.
