Randal William Tschanz

With heavy heart’s, We announce the passing of Randal (Randy) William Tschanz on September 18th, 2026 at the age of 73.

Randy was born Wednesday, August 5th, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas, Son of the late William (Bill) Tschanz and Billye Jean Tschanz Hart.

Randy was an avid sports fan whether it was Football, Basketball or Baseball. He was a chiefs fan and kept up with his Alma mater WSU Basketball. He was a brilliant man, He had Multiple degrees but chose to work at a place he loved. His coworkers would often call him Rudy. He loved music, and had an impressive record collection. He had a sarcastic sense of Humor that would always make people laugh.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Jeanie Westphal Tschanz and Trudie Culver Tschanz; Brother in law James Westphal.

Randy is survived by two nieces, Jana Westphal and Kellie Culver; Nephew Shaun Culver and Ryan Culver; Great nieces Gabi, Jamie, Emilee and Lily; Great nephews Will and Eric.

Memorial Services/ Celebration of life will be held 1pm Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Park Place Ministry Church 2634 N Amidon Ave Wichita, Ks 67204
