Patricia Melva Prichard beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at home August 28, 2025 at the age of 94.  Pat, as she preferred to be called,  was born December 31, 1930 in Wichita Kansas to Mason and Thursay French.  She was one of nine children and was always close to her siblings and their families.

Pat was united in marriage on May 19, 1947 to Delmar Eugene Prichard and they shared 11 children. She lived most of her adult life on their farm near Douglass Kansas.  Pat had a huge heart for not just her family but also others that she opened her heart and home to. She also enjoyed many pets through her life. She loved her monkey George, her miniature horses, many different dogs, goats, and especially her fish.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, her husband Gene, her son Kevin Prichard and her daughter Sheila Smith (Larry). She will be missed by her children Cindy Rose, Sandy Baum (Albert), Mike Prichard (Niki), Greg Prichard (Peggy), Randy Prichard( Rose), Liz Cummings, Pam Holcomb, Annette Burns  (John), and Linda Scharff(David). She will also be missed by her 41 grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren.

Pat will be buried next to her husband in the Douglass Cemetery.  A memorial service is planned for a later date.
