Omar Eugene Jackson, 78, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, in Wichita, Ks. He was born on April 19, 1946 in Salina Ks. He worked  as a driver's license examiner for Sedgwick County Ks and later employed at Boeing Wichita as an electrical wiring specialist.

Omar is survived by his wife, Sharon Jackson (Lindsey); two sisters, Joena C. Breth (David) of Haysville, Ks, and Orla M. Wierick (C. M.) of Oxford, Ks, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. Jackson and Oma M. Jackson (Parks).

Cremation will be handled by Baker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held later this summer to honor Omar's  memory among family and friends.
