Norma J. (Joe) Cloyd, 81, passed away peacefully, July 12, 2024 in Wichita, Ks. Norma was born October 29, 1942 in Colorado Springs, CO. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Karen Joe, her sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Bob Servey and many nieces and nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her husband David, her daughter Cyndi, parents Norman and Betty (Lockhart) Joe, and brothers Jack and Jimmy Joe.
