Noah Lee Speak, 88 passed peacefully on June 23, 2025.  He was a loving husband of Francis Louise Speak for 52 years until her passing on January 23, 2018.

Although Noah and Louise both were born in Virginia in small towns about 25 miles apart they didn't meet until they both were living in Dayton Ohio.

Noah was born to Marion and Mary Speak in Jonesville Virginia on August 24, 1936.  He was raised and graduated high school in Jonesville Virginia on June 19, 1955.  After graduation he moved to Dayton, Ohio and worked at Blue Bird Bakery.   He was then called to serve in the U.S. Army in Germany. He received an honorable discharge in July 31, 1966 and returned to Dayton Ohio and assumed his job at the Blue Bird Bakery.

Frances Louise Speak was born Frances Louise Dorton to Colbert and Velma Dorton in Big Stone Gap.  She was raised in Bigstone Gap Va, and moved in her teens with family to Dayton, Ohio. She graduated High School in Dayton, Ohio, on May 29, 1956.  Upon Graduation she worked in banking.

At the bakery he became good friends with Velma Dorton who would introduce him to her daughter Francis, Louise.    They were married Feb 3, 1966.  Noah soon changed jobs and went to work for Duriron Co, Inc where he worked until his retirement.  Frances quit her job at the bank to be a homemaker.

While living in Dayton they were very involved with church activities.    Noah was a Deacon of the church.  Louise was a Sunday School Teacher and very much involved in Child Evangelism.

After Noah's retirement they moved to Derby, Kansas, where they lived until their passing.

Together they raise two sons Michael (Brenda) and Timothy Speak.

Adored parents of Michael (Brenda) Speak and Timothy Speak   Cherished, Grandparents to Tina (Jeff) Wawzysko, Michael II (Tami) Speak, Christopher Speak (Megan Buss), Timothy Jacob (Taylor) Speak,  Zack Speak (Ali Noe), Dakota Speak and Katelyn Speak (Dave McDonald). Beloved Great Grandparents to Brandon Wawzysko, Tyler Wawzysko, Brooke Wawzysko, Emily Wawzysko, Ryan Speak, Charlotte Speak, Grayson Speak, Henry Speak, Nemmie Speak, Bella Speak, Kinsley Speak, Kaiden Speak and Alex Speak.

Noah is preceded in death by his wife Frances (Louise) Speak, his parents Marion and Mary Speak and Brother Curtis Speak.

Francis (Louise) is preceded in death by her parents Colbert and Velma Dorton, Viginia Dorton (Sister).  Sandy Quinn (Sister) passed on Jun 22, 2025.
