Martin (Marty) Joseph Thompson, 64 of Wichita KS was called home by his lord and savior Jesus Christ on December 27th 2024, at his earthly home as he wanted. Marty was beloved by his two daughters Tabitha Dawn Thompson, Janelle Diane Williams his brother Jerry Thompson, sister in law Susan Thompson, Long time companion and close friend Twila South and his daughters mother and life long friend Tena Stephenson. Marty built his telephone installation service from the ground up. His greatest passions included his daughters his music, riding his motorcycle and his place in his church ministering to the youth and bringing them to worship with his music. His greatest joy in life was being the loving and excellent father he unfortunately never got to experience himself. People would often hear him saying his greatest achievement in life was being a father. Marty was a lover of the humor in life, and lit every room he walked into with smiles and laughter.
