Martha Sharon Jones was born in Purcell Ok, on March 1, 1954 to Rev Lewis and Margie Rice, and the youngest of four children.  She spent her childhood in Oklahoma, Colorado, and California as her father preached at numerous churches. She met and married her husband Stephen Jones in Coalinga, Ca. in 1972 and spent 53 years together.  They raised their two children in their adventures of hunting, fishing, and camping.  Sharon was surrounded by her family with love and affection, and passed on August 21st.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Stephen Jones, daughter and son in-law Jenifer and Jason Clatt, Son and daughter in-law Cy and Amaryllis Jones, and grandchildren Hailey Jones, Jenna Clatt, and Ezekiel Clatt, as well as Tony Barnes, Sara Barnes, Nikole Rogers, and Jabob Rogers.  Her siblings are brother and sister-in-law David and Beth Rice, brother and sister in-law Donald (dec) and Julia Rice, and Sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth and Donald (dec) Harris.

She was a wife, a mother to all, a friend to many, a healthcare provider, and para educator, but her greatest purpose was to be a witness of Jesus to those in her path.

A celebration of life will be held at the Calvary Chapel of Elk Falls on September 20th at 10 am.
