Mark Evan Riener, 63, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on April 13, 2024, in Wichita.

Mark was an energetic and adventurous person who loved attention and being with his family and friends.  He worked in construction and had a passion for fast cars and motorcycles.  His favorite pet was Jack the cat.

He is survived by his wife, Krista Greene-Riener, children Nicole C. Jones, Michael Aguilar, Charlene Tappaten, stepchildren Tina Ruggiero (Richard), Damen Bolinger, Mother Letha Schauvliege, stepfather Lawrence Schauvliege, sister Marla Stierwalt (Gregory), brother Scott Riener, nephews Trevor Stierwalt (Jordan), Zachary Stierwalt (Katherine), niece Paris Vratil (Justin), great nieces Andilynn Vratil, Parker Stierwalt and many beloved cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father, Marlin Riener, uncle Gary Riener, and grandparents Clem & Frieda Riener, Claude & Lena Crouse.

Mark attended Derby Primary School, Wichita High School and Wichita Area Technical College.

A memorial service will be held on May 10th at 4 pm at First Church of the Nazarene, 1400 Kellogg Dr, Wichita, KS 67211.  Flowers and contributions to Mark's Memorial service are welcomed by Krista and family.
