Madonna Evangeline (Westhusin) Post, 91, of Bel Aire KS passed away Saturday, October 21st, 2023. She was born May 15th, 1932, to Leo and Clio (Bessey) Westhusin. She married Edson Post on August 29, 1949, and they were married 74 years. Retired from Cessna Aircraft in 1989.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 8 siblings: Clio, Arthur, Neola, Leola, Leo, Dallas, Daryl, and Zora. Madonna is survived by her husband Edson Post, daughter Sonja Cook and son Kenny Post; grandchildren Amy Navarette, Aaron Navarette, Danielle and Kyle Thomas, Kyle and Jodi Post; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 11th, 2023, at the Plainville Kansas Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the First Christian Church in Plainville Kansas for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the First Christian Church of Plainville.
