Loretta Kasting of Augusta, Ks, 90 years young passed away peacefully on October 10, 2023 at Covenant Care Home in Wichita,Ks. She was born to Kenneth and Mable Maloney in Centralia, Wa. She is preceded in death by parents and a brother, Ralph "Skip Maloney" and husband, William A. Kasting.

Loretta graduated high school in Everett, Wa. In 1952 she married William Kasting. Loretta and Bill moved to Melvern, Ks in the early 1960's. Loretta was President of Kansas Medical Credit Union in Topeka for many years. Loretta and Bill loved to boat and camp on weekends with their four children. They enjoyed riding motorcycles as well. Loretta is survived by a Sister, Shirley Rammage of Chandler, Az, a son, Kenneth "Tim"Kasting (partner Steve) of Tucson, daughter Cheryl Tucker (Doug) of Topeka, daughter Shawn Blue, of Augusta, Ks widow of (Rick) and Kim Anneler of Augusta, Ks (Ed). Six grandchildren,13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private service in Topeka. Baker Funeral Home of Wichita, Ks is in charge of her arrangements.
