Linsi Jean Jamison, surrounded by family, found eternal rest on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10th, 2026. She was 47 years old.

Linsi was born on April 26th, 1979, in Wichita, KS to Larry and Patricia (McDaniel) Jamison. Residing in Kansas most of her life, Linsi was a graduate of Metro-Boulevard Alternative High School in 1997. She would return to school in her adult years earning an Xray Technician Certificate from Heritage College. She took great pride in this accomplishment but it's safe to say, given her personality, that Linsi belonged in customer service.

She would proceed to work for companies such as Taco Shop, Dillons, Kwik Shop, and most recently, Jump Start. Holding various positions including management, she was often considered a "friend" instead of a boss.

Linsi loved her family above all else, but had a special love for her dog, Capone, and her two dogs, Swanson and Lola, who precedes her and we'd like to think, she is now reunited with. Linsi was an amazing cook and found a lot of enjoyment in painting. Pouring her heart into everything she did, she wanted nothing more than to make people happy.

She leaves behind her parents, Patricia Taylor and Larry Jamison; Sons, Preston and Andrew Smith, and Chrystopher Jamison; sister, Jeana Johnico; brother, Morgan Jamison. Her partner Corey Hazen and his daughters, Kalyne and Alise Hazen, who she loved as her own. Nieces and nephews, Emma, Dylan, Henrik, and Lilly; Granddaughters, Aurora, Willow, and Rayne. Also, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.

Linsi is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Norman McDaniel and Rebecca Pearson; paternal grandparents, Ross and Shirley Jamison; and her uncle, Dean Jamison.

Visitation with family will be on Friday, June 5th, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Baker Funeral Home, 6100 E. Central, Wichita, KS.  We will have a eulogy reading and offer a chance for stories to be shared should you choose to do so starting at 10:45 am.
