Linda (Wright) Reed, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025.

Linda Kathleen Wright was born July 9, 1942, in Severy, KS, to Hal D. Wright and Mildred (Roberts) Wright. She married Bill Reed III on September 6, 2002, in Eureka Springs, AR. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and her parents. Linda is survived by her siblings: Carolyn (Tom), Andrea (Michael), and Michael (Becky); and by her three children: Lanny Bevan (Kim), Jeff Bevan, and Cary Bevan.

Linda also leaves behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren—Samantha Alexander (Brady), Landon Bevan (Babette), Cody Bourne (Jennifer), Chad Bourne (Kayla), Sierra Dougherty (Charles), Taylor Hendrix (Dalton), and Amy Maus—as well as sixteen beloved great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She loved spending time with friends and family and enjoying good conversation over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Her legacy lives on in the kindness she showed and the love she gave so freely.

Her memory will be carried forward in the hearts of her family, and all those whose lives she touched.
