Leslie (Les) Linneman, 62, a lifelong resident of Wichita, KS, passed away July 7, 2025.

Leslie was born in 1963 to Harold & Katherine Linneman. He attended North High School, earned a Bachelor's degree at Kansas Wesleyan University, and later earned a Master's degree from Wichita State University.  He then worked as a Clinical Social Worker for the Wichita Public Schools.

Leslie married his wife, Lori Godderz, in July 2012. The 13 years they were married were filled with laughter and love.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, 2 beloved dogs, and 2 brothers, Michael Magee of Wichita, KS and Brian Magee of Rogers, AR.

Leslie loved animals, and he and his wife fostered over 15 dogs over the last several years for Kansas K-9 ResQ. He also loved music and crime TV.  He had a kind heart and a goofy sense of humor that endeared him to all that met him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home located at 6100 E. Central, Wichita, KS.
