Larry K. Flory, 85, a lifetime resident of the Coats area passed away on August 21, 2024 in Pratt, KS at Grand Plains Skilled Nursing. He was born on June 22,1939 in Sawyer to Sam and Myrtle (Frey) Flory. Larry married Teresea A. Ward on October 2nd, 1971. They were married for 52 years.

Larry graduated from Coats High School in 1957. Immediately upon graduation, Larry began working as a farmer and continued to do so until his health no longer allowed it. When he wasn't in a tractor, he enjoyed watching Rodeo (ANY RODEO), KU Basketball and mowing.

Larry  is survived by his wife, Teresea; a daughter, Jennifer L. Lee (Mark Etsell) also of Coats; sisters, Joyce Good of Hutchinson and Bonnie Parker of Derby and their families; and a grandson Anthony S. Lee of Wichita

Larry is preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place. Per Larry's request there will be no services. Baker Funeral Home Wichita is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Pratt Area Humane Society or the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund at https://www.justincowboycrisisfund.org/
