Kevin James Landers, age 46, of El Dorado, Kansas passed away at Lakepoint Assisted Living Center in Augusta, Kansas on November 4, 2023. Kevin was born September 30, 1977 in Wichita, Kansas to Joe Landers and Dianna Ward-Kill.

Kevin was raised in the Benton/Towanda Kansas area and graduated from Circle HS in Towanda in May 1996. He worked in the remodeling/deck building industry for many years. The past several years he owned his own business called "Hammerhead Construction".

Kevin loved playing and singing country music in his spare time. He also enjoyed riding horses and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin was preceded in death by grandparents Joe and Lucille Sponsel, Jim and Ann Ward and Step-Father Jim Kill.

Kevin is survived by son; Lucas Landers, father Joe (Melody) Landers, mother; Dianna Ward-Kill, siblings; Todd (Sonya) Landers, Scotty (Mindy) Landers, Stacie (Jason) Whitmer, Jerry Watson and Jason Watson. Kevin also had many nieces and nephews that enjoyed time with him.

A memorial service for Kevin will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM at River of Life Ministries, 5066 NW 50th St. El Dorado, KS. In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to donate to the Ryan White Foundation.
