Kenneth Lewis Gebhart Jr. passed away February 26, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Mary Lee Gebhart, by his brother Douglas Allen Gebhart, and granddaughter Gracelyn Mia Stimson. He is survived by his wife, Amy Jackson Gebhart, son Ryan Gebhart and daughters Devon Gebhart Nicholson (Brent), Emily Stimson Montgomery, and Meredith Stimson.  He has four grandchildren, Sophia Montgomery, Owen and Rhys Nicholson, and Sterling Gebhart.  He also leaves behind sisters, Mary (Randall) Relph, Kimberly (Brian) Jones and brothers, Thomas (Susan) Gebhart and Eric (Jennifer) Gebhart.  He also leaves behind brothers-in-law, Alex Jackson, Tom Jackson (Michelle) and sister-in-law Molly Lavacek.  He leaves behind nieces, Haley Jackson, Emma, Mae, Lydia and Eloise Lavacek, Taylor Kriley, Mattie and Courtney Gebhart, Hadley Jones, and nephews, Miles Jackson, Thomas Fernandez, Brandon, Gavin, Justin and Connor Relph, Hunter and Grayson Gebhart, Paul Colbert, Cooper Jones and Andrew and Jackson Gebhart.

Ken (Kenny to family and friends) was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many. He also was a motivated businessman.  He was a successful entrepreneur who developed his own web design, web hosting and e-commerce business.  He was also a skilled disc golfer and a daring ultralight aircraft pilot.  Even after his disease robbed him of his voice, he continued to run the family business, Celestaire, and attended trade shows in Annapolis. He never complained about what his disease took from him but continued to strive to live life to the fullest.  His favorite phrase was "Carpe Diem" – Seize the Day.

Services will be at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 124 N. Roosevelt, Wichita, Ks, the Rosary Sunday, March 10 at 3 pm and the funeral Monday, March 11 at 10 am.  Internment at Ascension Cemetery, 7200 E. 45th St., Bel Aire, Ks. Immediately following.
