Josephine Jane Cmelik Schmickle Young, 75, of Wichita, KS, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025. She was born September 01, 1949, in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Proceeded in death by husband, Randel Jay Young; parents Joseph Richard Cmelik Sr. and Emmeline (Hemphill)Cmelik; brother Joseph Cmelik Jr.

Survivors include daughters, Angela Fritz (Robert) and Stacie Schmickle Toupal (Brett); sister Nancy Brousard (Jim); grandchildren Miranda Brock (Shane,) Chase Toupal, Gavin Toupal; great grandson Asher Brock; 3 nephews; 1 great nephew and 2 great nieces.

Family will have private services, and interment will be at Winfield Veterans Cemetery with her husband.
