John proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Air Force, exemplifying honor and steadfast dedication. After retiring from military service, he continued to contribute to the field of aviation through a 15-year career at Boeing, leaving a mark through both his expertise and quiet leadership.

John was married to Patsy Coe, the love of his life for 62 years—a partnership filled with devotion, laughter, and shared memories. She preceded him in death in 2017, and their enduring bond remains a powerful legacy of love.

Known for his steady presence, generous heart, and humble nature, John was a friend to many and a pillar to those who knew him. He is survived by family and cherished friends who will continue to carry his memory forward with deep appreciation.

A private service will be held to celebrate John's life.
