Jeremy Arnold Dawkins, 50, of Wichita, Kansas passed away Friday, June 27, 2025.  Jeremy was born June 25, 1975 in Wichita, Kansas and is the son of Louis and Diana (Day) Dawkins.

Jeremy graduated from East High School in 1993.

Jeremy loved to figure things out and fix or modify things.  It came naturally to him to understand how things worked and led him to a career in Mechanical Maintenance.  He worked at Round 1 fixing all their electronic games and bowling equipment.

Among his hobbies Jeremy loved bowling, fishing, playing computer games, reading, and watching movies.  He was a talented musician and played drums, saxophones (tenor and bass) and guitar.

Jeremy was proud of going to Space Camp in 1987 and the Boy Scout National Jamboree in 1989.

Above all Jeremy loved his dogs.  He adopted Ladybird when she showed up at his house.  Soon thereafter, Jeremy had eight pups and he kept two, Beavis and Punky.  He kept them their whole lives.

He is survived by his sister, Shelley T. Castor of Haysville, Kansas, his brother Robert C. Dawkins of Odessa, Texas, and father Louis R. Dawkins of Derby, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Kansas Humane Society.

Memorial Service will be held at Woodridge Christian Church in Wichita, Kansas at 2:00pm.
