Janie Margaret Turner (Reed-Gomez) was born May 20,1946 and passed away on November 20, 2023.  She was the daughter of Harold Lewis Turner & Lenora June Bennie Turner.

Janie went to Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa Ok. She lived in OKLAHOMA, TEXAS, KANSAS.  She is survived by her daughter  Nicole Angelena Reed (David Ray), son Michael Kristian Gomez (Sandy); grandchildren Roman Orr (Gabrielle), Cody Nichols (Jade), Ryan A (Reed)Smith, Rachel Zoe Griesel, Elizabeth Gomez, and Kristina Gomez; Great-Grandchildren Nicholas Orr, Jackson Orr, Layton Nichols, Ryden Nichols, and Aleister Nichols.

Janie enjoyed Music like Joan Baez, Willie Nelson, and Southern Country Gospel and TV shows like Mattlock and Perry Mason and Vet shows like Dr. Poi. She loved her Family. ❤️ and they loved her. She was a jokester and could make you laugh & smile, she touched so many lives and will be so greatly missed by all who knew her. Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Every Morning we said the Lord's Prayer. She always said "Have more Faith"

A devout atheist till saved by the Grace of God in 2021 when she heard someone sing a church hymn and it reminded her of when she sang in the choir when she was a little girl in Texas in a small Baptist church.
