Jane Reba (Alcott) Countryman, 84, passed away on June 24, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories, laughter, and love.
Born on March 2, 1942, in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Jane lived life on her own terms—with grace, style, and just the right amount of sass. She had a strong spirit, a sharp wit, and a heart big enough to hold everyone she loved. Whether she was sharing her opinion, offering encouragement, or making those around her laugh, Jane had a way of making her presence known and remembered.
Jane adored all things pink and found beauty in the majestic elegance of peacocks and the gracefulness of giraffes. She was an avid collector of dolls and angels, surrounding herself with treasures that reflected her appreciation for beauty, whimsy, and faith. Her collections were more than hobbies—they were expressions of the joy she found in life.
Above all else, Jane loved her family. She is survived by her children, Mark Manheim, Karen Wassel, Faith Darnall, Jane Manheim, Bobbie Rondomanski, and Shannon Negron. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Jane taught those around her how to be strong, how to laugh through life's challenges, and how to stand tall with confidence and dignity. She was classy, spirited, loving, and unforgettable—a woman who could turn heads, brighten a room, and leave a lasting impression wherever she went.
While her family mourns her passing, they celebrate a life well lived and a woman well loved. Her legacy lives on in the stories shared, the lessons learned, and the love she poured into every generation of her family.
Jane's wings may have been ready, but our hearts never were.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered.
