Jack Eugene Parkhurst, Jr. was born to Jack Parkhurst and Virginia Haltom on December 23, 1953 and died on November 02, 2025 in Wichita, Kansas.  He is survived by sons Chad Klitzing, Zackary Parkhurst, Zane Parkhurst and sisters Linda Thompson and Brenda Weaver. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Rick Klitzing and daughter Katarina.

During seventy one years of life Jack was a hard worker, a diehard Elvis fan, life-long weightlifter and most importantly, he was a follower of Jesus. Jack did many good things and in his heart was love.  He wasn't perfect but he made the best of each situation.  He loved all of his family the best way he could.   Before his death, Jack repaired relationships and lived a humble peaceful life.  He finished his race strong.  Goodbye dad.  We love you.
