Harriet Irene Taylor (Lipperd), 83, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2024. She was born on December 31, 1940, in Winfield, Kansas, to Ivan and Alice Lipperd.

Harriet was a compassionate and dedicated nurse who spent many years caring for others. Her passion for nursing extended to teaching at a local vocational-technical school, where she inspired and educated future nurse aides. Harriet's nurturing spirit and dedication to her patients left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

A lover of music, Harriet enjoyed singing throughout her life and was an active member of various church choirs. Her beautiful voice and warm smile brought joy to those around her.

Harriet was preceded in death by her beloved son, Johnny Taylor, and her devoted husband, John Taylor. She is survived by her brother, Allen Lipperd, and his wife, Linda, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember her kindness and caring nature.

The family has no plans for a service at this time.
