Gregory A. Oliver, October 18, 1951-September 28, 2024

Greg, 72, was a retired Aircraft worker, passed away at the Catholic Care Center in Wichita, Kansas on September 28, 2024. He was the son of Dan and Sara Oliver, born on October 18, 1951. Greg attended all 12 years of school in Cheney, KS. He then went on to attend 3 years at Missouri Institute of Technology, graduating with his Electronic Engineering Technology Degree.

Greg worked in the Aircraft Industry for most of his adult life. He worked 10 years at Cessna Aircraft from 1976 until 1986. He then worked at Boeing Aircraft from 1986 until 2001. Greg's hobbies and passion were anything Science Fiction, Target practice with his many guns and rifles, reading and building his own computers. Anyone who has visited with Greg can attest to his love and wealth of knowledge of anything computer related. He gifted his family with many of his "Greg's Good Stuff" CD's which he created from hours and hours of research.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Sara. He is survived by his sister, Janice Oliver, Derby KS. brothers, Victor Oliver, Wichita, KS. Randy (Linda) Oliver, Cheney, KS. Perry (Paula) Oliver, Ponca City, OK.  Ty (Jo) Oliver, Wichita, KS. and Curtis Oliver, Oklahoma City, OK. Numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, October 18, at the Pioneer Cemetery, Cheney, Kansas.
