In Loving Memory of Gilberto Sanchez

Gilberto Sanchez was born on September 17, 1966, to Leonel and Maria Sanchez, who have since passed and now welcome their son once again into their arms.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sarah Bogard Sanchez. Gilberto passed away on November 9, 2025.

He leaves behind his beloved sons Seth, Gabriel, and Gideon, as well as his grandchildren Josiah and Paisley. He is survived by his brother, Leonel Sanchez Jr., and six sisters: Eloisa Anchondo, Margarita Venegas, Elaine Sanchez, Sylvia Cervantez, Anna Chavira, Rebecca Surratt and Kathy Rocha. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends who loved him deeply.

Gilberto will be remembered for his caring heart, his sense of humor, and the way he could always make people laugh. A true Cowboys fan, he was famous for his legendary 300 jalapeño poppers.

His love for his family and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
