Gerald Ray Bain passed away peacefully in the early morning of April 12, 2026.

Gerald's happiest day of life was when he married Myrna E. Carlson on February 13, 1966. They were happily married for 57 years. Myrna preceded him in death on September 17, 2023.

Gerald graduated from Peabody High School and Wichita State University. He was employed by Coleman, Koch Oil Company, Rent-A-Center and LC Enterprises.

Gerald is survived by son Daniel (wife Toni), daughter Mindy (husband John), grandchildren Sharon (husband Alex), Erica (husband Daniel), Tyler and Traci (husband Tristan), great grandchildren Aiden, Caleb and another due in June. Gerald will be cremated with no service.
