Gary McVicker 70, passed away February 27th 2025. He was born in Wichita on August 29th 1954. Gary was preceded in death by his wife Estella and his parents Charles Edward and his mother Virgie Marie. He is survived by his step children Yvon and Richard and three grandchildren. Gary grew up in Wichita where he graduated from East High School. He worked for several aviation companies and drove a school bus for school district 259. His favorite hobby was to travel and was a member of Good Sam's camping club. He spent time on one of his uncle's farms camping  there every summer.

He was a faithful member of East Point Church of Christ and enjoyed being at most church gatherings. He also participated in Celebrate Recovery and was always glad to greet newcomers at the door. We will miss Gary much and are thankful for his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Funeral services will be at East Point Church of Christ 747 N.127th St E 67206. Viewing is at 9:00 a.m. and services at 10:00 a.m.  Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. at Riverside Mt. Zion near Burlington, OK.
