Gary Hill, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Tuesday August 27, 2024   He was born December 10, 1962 in Wichita Kansas, the son of Lovenus Davis.

Gary graduated from West High School in 1980. After graduating he worked at McDonald's as a supervisor and retired from there in 2020.

He was an excellent cook and baker and was known for his infamous peach cobblers. He made the best pie crust from scratch and no one came close to his pies. He had a hearty laugh and he loved to make people laugh until your stomach would hurt. He was very thoughtful, generous and had a big heart.

Gary was surrounded by family as he transitioned to be with God, where he will no longer suffer or be in pain.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lovenus Davis, nephews Dante Banks and Damene Lattimore and niece MacKenzie Fair.

Survivors include his sisters, Linda Lattimore, Zandra Thompson, Verney Guy, Brenda Edwards, and Meydora Lewis. Also Joyce Davis (aunt) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gary is in the care of Baker Funeral Home. There will be a private service for him.
