Gary Dee Dacus, 70 passed away on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 with his daughter and sister by his side.

He was born December 19, 1953 in Blackwell, OK to parents Jim and Bette Dacus.

Gary graduated from Coffeyville High School in Coffeyville, KS. He attended William Jewell and was part of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. He then went on to graduate from Kansas State University with a bachelors in Ag Science.

Gary enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and with his family and friends. He was a friend to many and a loving father, Papa, son and brother.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, W. E. And Hattie Dacus and George and Alverda Hendricks and his Father, James Dacus.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10th at 2pm at Baker Funeral Home Baker Funeral Home - 6100 E Central Ave # 203 -Wichita, KS 67208.   Memorials are established with the Wounded Warrior Project or The Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation
