Don M. Simler (53) passed away Sunday Nov. 24th @ 2:12 pm, With his Wife Donna k. Simler @ his side. He died of on going complications with congestive Heart failure.  At Westley Hospital Wichita, Ks.

He was born in Wichita, Ks. -The son of Darrell D. Simler and Nancy M Honn ( Simler), whom preceded him in Death).

Don was an accomplished and well known Auto Paint and Dent "Doctor", having 10 yrs in Auto business and later his own Company. DND COLORS, for more than 20 years.  He loved doing model cars, watching movies. Always enjoyed holidays and summer vacations surrounded with family / friends and grandkids.  And He enjoyed nightly walks with his Wife Donna and their Dog Suki.

He and Donna were married on Oct 21,1994 They had 30 yrs together. He was survived by his wife Donna , 2 adult children, Ashley Freeman, and Tyler Simler. He had 9 grandchildren, Nichol (passed PID) Johnathen, Kaydence, Alana, Raichelle, Chaselynn, Tallion, Weston and Layton. He was survived by 2 Sisters, Cheri (Honn) Curtis, and April Honn, and 1 Brother, Dean Simler.

We will always remember the Man that we knew and Loved.

A memorial is set for Friday, Decemer 13th between 4:15 and 6:15. P.m. at Deer Grove RV Park Clubhouse. Located at 2873 US highway 54, El Dorado Kansas 67042. Feel free to bring a covered dish we are serving... appetizers, entrees and finger foods and desserts,,, but it's your choice on dish.
