Debbie Kay Lacy-Sisco, 64, of Mulvane, KS passed away Tuesday, May 21st, 2024. She was born December 4th, 1959 in Wichita, KS, the daughter of Thomas Lacy Jr. and Naomi (Knapp) Lacy.

Debbie graduated from Derby High School in 1977. She attended Cowley County Community College for her undergraduate studies, and pursued her bachelors degree at WSU. She received her Social Worker masters degree from KU in May of 2007.

She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Naomi Lacy; sister Cathy Lacy and grandson Tyler Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Rocky Sisco, whom she married February 24th, 1995 in Eureka Springs, AR; her daughter, Shannon Wilson of Goddard, KS; daughter Heather Brown of Mulvane, KS; daughter Amanda Zoglmann of Conway Springs, KS; son Jerrod Brown of Winfield, KS; her sister Glenda Couch of Wichita, KS; brother Steve Lacy of Derby, KS; sister Rebecca Lacy of Nashville, TN; grandchildren Lacy Dunn, Olivia Wilson, Cody Dunn, Mason Zoglmann, Kaleb Zoglmann, Ethan Dunn, Wyatt Zoglmann.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 1st, 2024 at 1418 N. Peaceful Lane, Mulvane, KS at 1:00 PM.
